Our Returns Policy

Unused items in original condition (ie including any tags attached) may be returned upon presentation of your original invoice / receipt up to 21 days after receiving your order.

Generally speaking, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, so please, choose carefully. However, we do realise there are always exceptions to the rule, and apply this procedure liberally on a case by case basis.  We will almost always offer the option to exchange your purchase for equivalent priced products. Faulty merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange upon presentation of your original invoice / receipt within a reasonable time frame.

You are welcome to return online purchases by posting your goods along with your invoice / receipt within 21 days of receipt to:

As equissentials is not liable for the loss of items being returned, we recommended you return your unwanted goods using registered mail or courier.

 If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, equissentials will happily pay the packaging and postage costs for a replacement.
