Unless otherwise agreed, all risk for loss of items purchased from equissentials pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Product Descriptions
equissentials attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, to the extent possible by law, equissentials does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Please check with us if you require a particular product for a particular purpose. If a product offered by equissentials itself is not as described, you should return it to us in an unused condition together with proof of purchase, for a replacement. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects the application of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. 

Pricing
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before delivery or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
